A related comment from Tim Goergen:

Display Table Creation DDL in Detail / Preview Pane for any table related object.

When your search results include a stored procedure, function, view, or trigger, the Detail column and the Preview Pane both contain the entire CREATE PROC / FUNCTION / VIEW / TRIGGER DDL for the associated object. However, when your search results include a table, column, or constraint, no information appears in the Detail column or the Preview Pane.

It would be very helpful to see the entire CREATE TABLE DDL for the associated table of any search results that identify a table, column or constraint.
