Create a 64-bit version of SQL Compare.
Version 220.127.116.11 of SQL Compare and SQL Data Compare (currently available via frequent updates) will now run as 64 bit processes in a 64 bit environment.
See http://documentation.red-gate.com/display/SC11/Turning+on+Frequent+Updates for details on how to enable Frequent Updates, and http://documentation.red-gate.com/display/SC11/SQL+Compare+11.2+release+notes for the latest release notes.

I'm running into OutOfMemory errors when trying to export an HTML version of my comparision when run against a database with 5,000 tables. Having more addressable memory would allow me to export.
Having a 64-bit version should allow for the application to function a little faster. I am not seeing any major concerns with the 32-bit versions but usually there is a performance benefit of having 64-bit applications.

@Brandon - thanks for the request. How are you hoping that a 64-bit SQL Compare will benefit you?
