Removing server clean up!!
So I decided I didn't want to monitor a certain server no more so removed the server from my list but it has not removed the RedGate database, and I guess therefore hasn't removed the DDL trigger etc.... This is just utterly ridiculous and really needs urgently changing. That's the DLM Dashboard now uninstalled..!!!

Thanks for your feedback.
The reason we do not delete RedGate database is because other Redgate applications might be using it. For very similar reasons, we do not delete trigger because a user may stop monitoring a database but may start monitoring another database on the same SQL Server. Also, if you have multiple installations of DLM Dashboard monitoring databases on the same SQL Server then they share trigger.
You can download and run the script as listed in this page http://documentation.red-gate.com/display/DDB1/Uninstalling to uninstall the trigger.
