    Yes good idea,
    But why not by using Red Gate backup soft and create a new DB on any server from any existing DB.
    I want to do this without BK-RESTOE by using files.
    Why create a file and then read it again.
    I want to save TIME + SPACE.
    I have 280Gb DB , it takes 1 hour to BK it + 1h:30 to restore IT with REDGATE. Why not having all this on 1h: 30 and without the need for the 30Gb BK file.
