SQL Prompt uses built in SSMS highlight markers to display code analysis issues so as such we can't offer a way to change them individually. You can change the colours in SSMS for the relevant highlight items though.
To change Code Analysis highlighting you can go to "Tools > Options... > Environment > Fonts and Colors" and select "Refactoring Current Field". If you change this colour the code analysis issue highlights will match it.
