        This problem is caused by the RG_AllObjects table and the RG_WhatsChanged stored procedure in tempdb not being upgraded. Perhaps they were locked at the time, I'm not sure.

        Anyway, if you delete both the stored procedure and the table, then try using SQL Source Control again, that may very well fix the problem.
