Support SQL Azure

Bring in support for SQL Azure for the application. If there are limitations where it cannot be done for Azure, possibly allow the user to set a local database as the model for an azure database to build the cache.

    Yes, we just switched to Azure PaaS and this is definitely needed

    I assume this is tied to the Azure Active Directory login method because i can login to the SQL server with both an sa SQL Login where SQL Prompt *WORKS* and my sa Azure Active Directory login where it does *NOT WORK*. Any update on a timeline for this?

    If your software is going to remain viable for companies like ours, it MUST support SQL Azure and Azure SQL Warehouse.
