In Source Control for Oracle v5.7, you can update your database credentials – https://documentation.red-gate.com/soco/release-notes-and-other-versions/source-control-for-oracle-5-7-release-notes.
In 2019, we released Redgate Change Control, which is our migrations-based solution for versioning database changes. We are working towards merging these 2 tools into 1 tool for all your database versioning needs. At this time, we’ll hope to have a better way to edit other project information.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!

The initial screen in Source Control for Oracle version (3.0.5.1416) has a context menu that allows projects to be set refresh automatically with a checkbox that can be unchecked for each Source Control project. I currently set all of my projects to not automatically refresh then when I am working on a project, I manually refresh as needed.
With the default setting for each project set to refresh automatically, the refresh process was constantly running. As a DBA supporting several databases, the Source Control for Oracle was difficult to use until I found the method to disable the auto refresh.
