    I too have this problem. Manually ticking/unticking is time consuming.
    I have edited the sdc file as XML and played around with changing the options to suit but really should be a feature in SQL Data Compare.

  2. Changes to data in Static Data Linked Tables should be included in the Migration Script, just as changes to the schema are.
