some extended property or search item or project option to “link” static data tables ONLY – this would be a huge time saver.
We have thousands of tables (some with millions of rows) with only 90-100 static data tables.
At the moment, I have to edit the project; untick all then tick 90-100 manually which is very time consuming.
If there was some extended property or search item or project option to “link” static data tables ONLY – this would be a huge time saver.
Thanks for your response.

I too have this problem. Manually ticking/unticking is time consuming.
I have edited the sdc file as XML and played around with changing the options to suit but really should be a feature in SQL Data Compare. -

I assume you're talking about SQL Data Compare; this doesn't make much sense if you're talking about SQL Source Control. I have the same problem; I want to start SQL Data Compare, pick my databases, and have some way to automatically check just the tables that are configured as static data in SQL Source Control.

I achieved the desired results by a custom powershell script but agree this should be an option.
