    Absolutely miss number 2) Tab rename:
    I often end up with a lots of open windows in SSMS. Then navigating these can get cumbersome.
    SSMSToolspack from Mladen Prajdic has a great feature, where you could rename (even unsaved tabs).
    I used this a while ago to give my tabs short acronyms which saved space on the display and also allowed me to find the right tab more easily (instead of navigation between SQLQuery1.sql and SQLQuery33.sql).

    Today my productivity tool is Redgate SQLPrompt. I would absolutely love to see this feature implemented in SQLPrompt as well.
