  2. I would like to use sql compare to compare system tables. I had some corrupt system tables in my msdb that I needed to fix.

    This would also be useful for those of us with startup stored procedures and other objects in master, and for comparing default users and objects in model.

  3. Add an option to ignore seed value when scripting sequences.

  4. When tables have different number of indexes the compare will show differences when in reality the indexes are the same, just not aligned.

  5. Add an option to the behavior section to include SORT_IN_TEMPDB = ON on all of the CREATE INDEX statements.
