I would like to use sql compare to compare system tables. I had some corrupt system tables in my msdb that I needed to fix.

    We use custom system objects in master database that we use on all our servers. It would be great if we can compare and deploy them instead of manually having to compare them to see if they are different.

    This would also be useful for those of us with startup stored procedures and other objects in master, and for comparing default users and objects in model.
