    The bright white background combined with the washed-out grey text is too difficult to read. It gets worse when you have the bright white background, then gray shading with dark gray text.

    Definitely. I've recently moved to a dark mode setup basically because I was starting to get a lot of headaches and I'd really welcome it.

    Not to mention the stress it's putting on my OLED screen!

    Yeah, us diabetics simply cannot see things with a white or light background. The black completely disappears and it's like looking at the sun.
