SQL Doc Cover Page Options
There should be options for suppressing items on the Cover Page. The server and File Path options are not relevant when the created document is sent out to clients, we just want to provide them with relevant information.

If you do not wish to allow full suppression, I would submit that it should be allowed to provide a friendly server name alias, as well as file path alias, to be used throughout the documentation.
