The compare view does not mark the line with the trailing comma, as if nothing changed.

This is when comparing a stored procedure

original query:
ALTER TABLE #tmpres ADD [Aantal respondenten] INT DEFAULT 0 WITH VALUES
ALTER TABLE #tmpres ADD [Gemiddeld] FLOAT DEFAULT 0 WITH VALUES

changed query:
ALTER TABLE #tmp_res ADD [Aantal respondenten] INT DEFAULT 0 WITH VALUES,
[Gemiddeld] FLOAT DEFAULT 0 WITH VALUES

Now SQL Compare only marks the second line and ignores the extra , inserted on the first line
