Support semantic versioning

NuGet 3.5 will support semantic versioning and it would be nice if DLM Automation could implement it too.

Seems like newer version of Nuget is being used and this is no longer an issue.

It's about SemVer 2.0.0 support to allow creation of NuGet packages with versions like 1.2.3-beta.4 (with dot between "beta" and "2")
