Ability to run pre/post deployment scripts

I should be able to run pre/post deployment scripts when doing a deployment with SQL Release.

Pre and Post deployment scripts are now available in SQL Change Automation, both for SQL Change Automation projects and SQL Source Control projects.

    SQL Change Automation has pre/post scripts. SQL Source Control does not in early versions, but does in later ones.

    Allow projects to deploy, if pre and/or post deployment scripts got added, removed or modified.

    Migration scripts appear to essentially be a pre-deployment script. A post-deployment option would also be useful.
