Option to ignore GRANT differences

Working on the Company domain XX\ but Production is on RackSpace IAD\ means that every permission for domain users provokes a DIFF. I'd like the option to "ignore GRANT differences" for a target Instance. It should be OFF by default.

    Options generally need much more control. Need an options dialog similar to SQL Compare.

    Options should be checked in with the database in a similar way to they way filters are.

    We run a mixture of dev environs, some on the domain(s) and some off, this causes source control to report lots of user and role conflicts between them. An option to ignore role and user permissions would be nice (like I do in SQL compare). Or better still make it clever enough to only pickup/compare user permissions for users in the same domain the server is in only.
