Use a reasonable complexity requirement for a password on this website
Your policy is:
Your new password must contain:
◾At least 8 characters
◾At least 1 lower-case letter
◾At least 1 upper-case letter
◾At least 1 number
◾At least 1 special character
Are you NUTS!?! Not even my bank requires all that. How about 3 out of 5.
Thank you for your feedback. However I’m afraid the password policy to which you are referring is beyond Redgate’s control; it is dictated and enforced by Uservoice, a third party platform which we use for collecting, and responding to, feedback from users.

Hi David,
Thanks for getting in touch and my apologies for not replying to you sooner, but this suggestion only came to my attention today.
I work in the internal systems development team here at Redgate and thought I'd drop you a quick message regarding the password policy query you raised above.

I'm not an administrator of our Uservoice site (so I'm unable to verify the following) but I'm fairly confident that we have no way of relaxing the password policy on this site - I'm really sorry!
All the best,
Chris
