Include miscellaneous options / database properties

SQL Source Control tracks options like Default Collation. It would be useful to extend this to include all options that can be configured e.g. Recursive Triggers.

    Tracking the creation of addition file groups and files would be nice. Also ANSI NULLS, Padding etc, so our team all create new objects with the same settings. (File groups are also part of the database options)
    I.e. pretty much everything that is shown when you right click on a database in SSMS and click "Script database as..." - thank you.
