Remove the banner "ad" at the bottom of the window when other RedGate products installed. I don't need a reminder to "Learn about RedGate essential SQL Server productivity tools for the DBA..." when I already have them installed and am using them

Another related comment from Miguel Benitez:
"I have a license for the developer tools but still see an ad banner at the bottom of the sql search window in SSMS. It would be nice if entering a license code somewhere got rid of this banner."
