EA4 (and later) now supports SSMS 2008 R2! Email SqlSourceControlSupport@red-gate.com if you need the download link.

EA2 (v0.2.1) now provides notification that SQL Source Control currently doesn't support SSMS 2008 R2 instead of throwing an error. We will continue looking into support for SSMS 2008 R2 in a future release.
