TFS integration should allow you to select which workspace to use
TFS integrations really needs you to specify which workspace you are working with. This does wrong right from the start - when I try to link a database to TFS, it asks for the source URI and data folder, but it will only accept data folders already checked in, not that I have created in my workspace.

@Renato - As of v3.0, we now delete the workspace we use when you unlink your database.

At least clean the workspace up after unlinking

Sql source control is erroring out for us trying to get the latest for some files. The reason is beacause the path name is too long for the operating system to handle. If we were able to specify the workspace location it would solve this problem for us. Thanks.

Great idea! SQL Source Control currently creates a new workspace in your User's Application Data area and doesn't allow you to specify a worksapce. Therefore, you need to select a folder that has been checked in to TFS when initially linking your db.
The idea is to keep what SQL Source Control does to your workspace completely seperate. Therefore, you could still use your workspace for other things if needed independent of the SQL Source Control workspace. Waiting to see if any other users have any other thoughts or comments on how to best handle this.
