Ability to create a new folder in SVN or TFS when linking a database
When linking a database for the first time, it would be nice if the path selector also had the ability to create a new folder based on the selected database name, so that I don't have to go into my source control system to create the folders.
It would really saves us a few steps if you can automatically create the folders required when linking a new DB to source control. E.g. Tortoise does it just fine in VS. For example, if I specify a path /existingfolder/newfolder when linking a DB, I expect you to create the /newfolder directory in the repository.
This feature now appears in SQL Source Control version 2.2!

Yes, this would be nice, been testing this with my local TFS (waiting for Vault implementation)..
Being able to have it create folder would be nice, don't like having to manually create source control folders, should just specify path and it'll create for me

Merged idea: Add DB as subdirectory of one provided
When adding a database to SQL Source control, you have to provide an existing directory. It would be nice to have a tick box saying "Create Directory <DBName> under this folder". -

I agree the user interface for connecting to an SVN, or creating or browsing is non existent so far for SVN.
To be able to have to manually type rather than browse for a repository is going to be a very big turn off for me.
