Centralized uninstaller
I had to uninstall RedGate SQL Toolbelt today, and this involved uninstalling 13 separate products individually. It would be nice if the easy installer could uninstall just as easily.
(So you aren't disappointed that I uninstalled: I was switching over to the MySQL tools.)
We now have a centralized uninstaller (this will not work when uninstalling products before they were updated with the new uninstaller)

I installed new version and tried uninstalling with single uninstaller. It did uninstall few products but not all.
Now remaining products are not getting uninstalled as that single uninstaller is not working as expected. -

Had to uninstall latest version of Red Gate bundle as it's causing my SSMS to run out of memory even more frequently then previous version (I'm reverting back to SQL Source Control 5).
Note, when I got to SQL Doc 4, only had the option to modify and when I selected, a list of all Red Gate products came up with the option to select all to uninstall. This isn't clear though and also not an option on any of the other products except SQL Doc 4 currently.
Looks like they are making progress on this?

I have just read through the comments here and seriously, your customers have been complaining about the lacking Un-installation Tool. The comments indicate this has been the case for YEARS now!!! I just want you to realize that, no matter HOW awesome your software is, just the very fact that you guys refuse to get the tool created for EVERYONE's benefit, despite even your customers offering to assist you guys in making one, means you really dont give a flying duck about your customers, and since that is the case I refuse to ever be a customer of yours... That goes with anyone wanting my advise when it comes to software like that which you offer.. Answer is simple... Dont buy it. Hell dont even "Try it now, for Free"...Where IS that Uninstaller Tool?!! When I installed your free trail thing there wasn't even a disclaimer telling me that I will need to manually uninstall each and everyone of those "extras" you practically insisted I install along with the 1 single tool I figured I'd give a try that day... Had you been upfront and forthcoming about the PITA mission I'd have to put myself through, in order to remove this crap, I would have NEVER even bothered clicking the INSTALL button.. MAKE AN UN-INSTALLATION TOOL - FOOL!! C'mon man, Get With The Program! #JustSaying

There definitely needs to be an easier upgrade path when going from one version of SSMS to another, particularly since almost everything in the Toolbelt bundle manages to integrate something in there.

Outstanding suite of products - HORRIBLE suite administration. After 10 years as a customer, this process has gotten very old ... So CREATE an uninstaller please, this individual program uninstall is just annoying as toe fungus. You guys are clearly skilled enough, so please either provide 1 good reason why a centralized uninstaller is not available or just spend the 1 day to write a simple program to do the uninstall. Let me know if you need help as this should be extremely simple for anybody who does programming - and Redgate definitely has the skills!

OMG! I upgraded my version of SSMS today and my SQL Toolbelt (which I love) didn't show in the new version. So I wanted to try uninstalling and then reinstalling and just found out--like the rest of you--that the uninstall process is a PITA. I'm shocked that this is like this as everything else about RedGate's tools seems to be about making things easier for developers.

Big upvote for this, I hope to see something soon. As others have stated, some of the products require uninstall/reinstall when upgrading to SSMS 2016 from previous versions.

Any chance that after 5 years this might get more traction than a "We're looking into..." response from Product, please? Some of us have this pain for TEN years! (And still we are loyal to RG)

@kevriley ... same issue here with 2016. Had to uninstall all the individual products just to reinstall ... and lose all my options. Nice.

Not just uninstalling either - I recently installed SSMS 2016, and the only way to get SQL Prompt, SQL Search etc into the new SSMS is to uninstall and reinstall?
So a centralized reinstall/repair/reapply tool.

Incidentally, I did log a support ticket on 1st July about this. Ref: #68780

I had to do this today, as the only way to get the existing tools registered in a new version of SSMS is by uninstalling & reinstalling...

I just had to do this today (was switching machines) and I agree, it was a rather annoying and tedious process to remove the Redgate software one at a time. Leaves a rather bad taste in your mouth on an otherwise nice suite of products.

Thank you for the suggestion!
I'm glad you found our MySQL Tools. If anyone else is interested, they are available at http://mysql-compare.com.
