Ahmed, what you're looking for is probably best done at SAN level. With something like FlexClone from NetApp. See this article,

Yes good idea,
But why not by using Red Gate backup soft and create a new DB on any server from any existing DB.
I want to do this without BK-RESTOE by using files.
Why create a file and then read it again.
I want to save TIME + SPACE.
I have 280Gb DB , it takes 1 hour to BK it + 1h:30 to restore IT with REDGATE. Why not having all this on 1h: 30 and without the need for the 30Gb BK file. -
Are you hoping for a way of right clicking on a database in SSMS and finding an option to "Create new database from this one"?

This is not something for SQL Source Control. Maybe more appropriate for SQL Backup Pro.
