Organize objects in SSMS with a folder stucture
The reason I would like to see the folders is strictly for organizational purposes. I have so many procedures and tables in one database that I have to scroll through them all to find what I’m looking for. If I could organize by schema (or however I choose) and very quickly and jump back and forth between the different folders, that would help me out tremendously. The SQL filter function is so slow when going back and forth.
What if I could organize sql instances that I'm connected to in one SSMS. Production and Development folders?? Just another thought.

My vote is for Labels too, plus an ability to sync them using SQL Server Object Explorer / VS Data Tools.

I was going to suggest being able to filter databases as it would be so helpful.
On our dev servers there are usually around 50 databases but i will only ever be interested in 5 or 6 at any one time. This extra noise is really distracting and makes navigation really inefficient.
Just looking in the comments for this idea, SQLTreeo looks like it will be really useful and is very cheap so i'll give that a try - it would be good for redgate to put their own stamp on this idea though and add some functionality into SQL Prompt.

I'm hoping for something similar to SqlTreeo - but more customisable..

I think this is a good idea. If not the same thing as above then I would like to see the "Label" principle like GMail uses to sort and organise mail items. i.e one procedure (say usp_delete_history) might be in the maintenance, client and archive label categories. Easy to search for and organise, particuarly if the labels were colour coded etc
