Make Coloring Sharable
Make ConnectionColoringServers.xml meant to be edited and shared in the way that allows it to be copied to other servers for centralized coloring styles. I attempted to manually edit this and share it and was told by Development that his was a feature request. Refer to Redgate Ticket #362813.
