Allow Multiple Snippet Folders

Hi, I think it would be useful to add support for multiple snippet folders to the SQL Prompt - Snippet Manager. I would use this by connecting to a set share of snippets that our team uses as well as having my own set of snippets that may be useful only to me.

    This would be a great enhancement. I have a lot of snippets, and folders would be a great way to organize them.

    Mulitple Snippet Folders would be really handy. Couple of times, I changed the snippet folder path to the team shared path (due to reinstallation of SSMS or upgrades) and I loose my personal snippets.

    Having these additional folders, especially as Steve describes would allow us to let Developers have many of their own snippets without interfering with auto-complete for the team if they choose less than optimal aliases for their items. This would be great to see.

    I'd add that I'd like 3 folders. Default, personal, team. I would like the ability to have team override personal, override defaults.
