Add formatting for CREATE EXTERNAL TABLE syntax
CREATE EXTERNAL TABLE and CREATE EXTERNAL DATA SOURCE syntax is not formatted nicely by SQL Prompt, it just puts the statements on one line.
I've been told the developers are not going to take this on!!!!
